Who Saatva is

Saatva was founded in 2010 and sells its mattresses online and through a small network of its own Viewing Rooms, where you can lie on the beds before ordering. Each mattress is built after you order it and assembled in the U.S., which is why delivery takes longer than a boxed bed.

What the lineup looks like

The flagship is the Saatva Classic, an innerspring with a Euro pillow top, three firmness levels and two heights. Around it sit the Memory Foam Hybrid, the Latex Hybrid, the all-latex Zenhaven (flippable, with a softer and a firmer side), the Saatva Rx for people with back or joint conditions, and the Saatva HD for sleepers up to 500 lb. The range also includes Solaire, an adjustable air bed, the Contour5 memory foam model and youth and crib mattresses.

Trial, warranty and delivery

Every Saatva mattress comes with a 365-night home trial and a lifetime warranty. The trial is not entirely free: if you send a mattress back, Saatva refunds the price but charges a $99 processing fee for the pickup, and an exchange costs the same $99. Delivery is free white glove service: the crew sets up the new mattress in the room you choose and can remove your old one. Several models carry GREENGUARD Gold certification and use CertiPUR-US certified foams, and the brand says its mattresses are made without fiberglass.

What to keep in mind

Saatva prices sit in the upper middle of the online market. The brand does not use coupon codes; instead it runs sitewide sales that apply in the cart, such as 15% off orders of $1,000 or more at the end of October 2026. Most of what you pay goes into the delivery service, the coil-based builds and the long warranty. If you want to try before buying, check whether a Viewing Room is near you, since the brand does not sell through mattress chains.

Who should buy Saatva

Saatva is worth it if you want an innerspring or latex bed delivered and set up for you, with a full year to decide. For most back and combination sleepers the Saatva Classic is the place to start, at $2,229 for a Queen before any sale. Skip Saatva if you need a mattress within a few days, want to stay well under $1,000 or expect a return that costs nothing.
