A medium-firm natural latex hybrid with organic wool and recycled steel coils, for back and stomach sleepers who sleep hot.
The Saatva Latex Hybrid pairs natural latex with coils and leaves out polyurethane comfort foams. It is 12 in (30 cm) tall and Saatva rates it medium-firm, 6 on its own scale.
Under a hand-tufted organic cotton cover filled with organic New Zealand wool sits a layer of 5-zone natural latex with vented channels. The latex carries GOLS and eco-INSTITUT certification, according to Saatva. Below it, individually wrapped coils made with recycled steel give support and let air move through the mattress.
Latex feels buoyant: you rest on the surface instead of sinking in. That suits back and stomach sleepers and anyone who sleeps hot. Side sleepers under about 150 lb may find the shoulders get too little cushion.
A Queen costs $2,759. Like every Saatva mattress, it comes with free white glove delivery, a 365-night trial and a lifetime warranty.

“The Latex Hybrid is the Saatva for you if you want natural materials and a cool, buoyant feel. It suits back and stomach sleepers who want even support. Light side sleepers usually get more pressure relief from the Classic Plush Soft or the Rx.”
