A flippable all-latex mattress with a softer Luxury Plush side and a Gentle Firm side, made with organic wool and cotton.
Zenhaven is the all-latex mattress from Saatva, 10 in (25 cm) tall, and it is flippable. One side is Luxury Plush, 4 to 5 on the Saatva scale, the other Gentle Firm, 7 to 8. If your needs change, you turn the mattress over instead of buying a new one.
The core is made of natural latex in five zones, certified to GOLS and eco-INSTITUT according to Saatva, wrapped in a quilted organic cotton cover with organic New Zealand wool on both sides. There are no coils and no polyurethane foam. Latex breathes well and pushes back quickly, so you move easily and stay cool.
Use the plush side if you sleep on your side or back and the firm side if you sleep on your stomach or want a flatter surface. Zenhaven works on an adjustable base. The mattress is heavy, so flipping it is a two-person job.
A Queen costs $3,699, with free white glove delivery, a 365-night trial and a lifetime warranty.

“Zenhaven makes sense if you want an all-latex bed and are unsure about firmness, since you can flip it. The Luxury Plush side suits side and back sleepers, the Gentle Firm side back and stomach sleepers. It is expensive and heavy, so be sure you want latex before you buy.”
