The Nolah Evolution is the brand’s flagship hybrid and the one most reviewers recommend for side sleepers. Under an organic cotton cover sit a quilted foam layer, Nolah’s copper-infused AirFoam Luxe, a gel swirl foam, EverAdapt transition foam and the Tri-Zone foam that firms up under the lower back. Below that, 8 in zoned Ascension pocketed coils with reinforced edge coils and a high-density base. The coils give it more lift and a sturdier edge than the all-foam Original.
