The World Class Level Three is the quilted sibling of the World Class Hybrid. It shares the 1000-density pocketed coils and the World Class Relief and ActiveResponse MAX foams, then adds SurfaceTouch gel memory foam quilted into the top and natural lux fibers in the cover for breathability. The result is the classic, slightly puffy feel of a traditional innerspring.
Five feels are listed: extra firm, medium firm and plush with a flat quilted top, plus medium and plush pillow tops. The extra firm we describe rates around 9 out of 10 and gives back and stomach sleepers a very level surface. The pillow tops cost a little more and are the ones to try if you sleep on your side.
The InfiniCool MAX cover is the upgraded version of the Level Two cover, and the quilted fibers help air move through the top. It is not a cooling mattress in the strict sense, but it sleeps more neutral than an all-foam bed.
The flat-top feels share one price, with a Queen at $1,499. Pillow tops cost a little more in every size. Beautyrest includes White Glove delivery, mattress removal and a 100-night trial.
