The World Class Hybrid Level Three is Beautyrest’s mid-range hybrid. Under a smooth, unquilted cover sit two high-density foams: World Class Relief foam, which Beautyrest says reacts to body temperature, and ActiveResponse MAX memory foam for fast contouring. Below them is a 1000-density pocketed coil unit, a step up from the 875-density coils in Level One and Two.

It comes in firm, medium and plush. The firm version rates around 8 out of 10 and is aimed at back and stomach sleepers, while the plush suits lighter side sleepers. Because the top is smooth instead of quilted, you feel the foams more directly, with deeper contouring than the quilted World Class model.

The InfiniCool cover is cool to the touch, and the coil base keeps air moving better than an all-foam bed. Memory foam still means some sink, so very warm sleepers may prefer a latex hybrid.

Every feel costs the same, with a Queen at $1,499 on beautyrest.com. That is less than half the price of Black Series Three for a similar coil count, with the same 100-night trial and White Glove delivery.

Our verdict

Conclusion
“This is the Beautyrest we would point most shoppers to. You get the denser World Class coils and foams at a mid-range price, and all three feels cost the same.”
