The Nectar Premier doubles the Classic's memory foam to 2 inches for a medium-firm 13-inch bed that suits back and combination sleepers.
The Premier Memory Foam is the middle of the Nectar range and, by Nectar’s own label, its best-selling foam mattress. It keeps the 8-inch base and 3-inch support foam of the Classic but doubles the memory foam on top to 2 inches, which brings the height to 13 inches (33 cm).
That extra inch changes the feel more than the spec sheet suggests. Nectar describes the Premier as medium-firm, and we place it at 6 out of 10: you sink in a little further, shoulders and hips get more relief, yet the support foam still keeps your spine straight. It is a sensible middle ground for couples with different sleep positions.
As an all-foam bed it isolates motion well, so a restless partner is barely felt. The flip side is heat: memory foam holds warmth, and the cooling cover only does so much. Hot sleepers should compare it with the Nectar Premier Hybrid.
