Who is Sweetnight

Sweetnight made its name selling mattresses in a box on Amazon and now also sells through its own US store. On Walmart, Sweetnight and its sister brand Novilla are sold by the same company, Sweet Night Technology Inc.

The current mattress lineup

The store also lists the CoolNest Pro and CoolNest Ultra memory foam beds and the Island and Gloaming hybrids. The CoolNest models are built around Sweetnight’s cooling system: a cover that feels cool to the touch, a phase change foam it calls PCMflux and gel memory foam. Sweetnight says the system sleeps cooler, based on testing it commissioned. The CoolNest memory foam mattress starts at about $300 for a 12-inch Twin.

Trial and warranty

Mattresses bought on sweetnight.com come with a 100-night trial with a full refund and free return. Bought on Amazon, the mattress follows Amazon’s return rules instead. Sweetnight gives a 10-year limited warranty on its mattresses.

Prices and bundles

Every variant on the store shows a higher struck-through price next to the selling price. The struck-through figure may not reflect a past selling price, so compare selling prices only. Sweetnight also sells bed frames, an adjustable base, toppers, pillows and cooling bedding, often bundled with a mattress at a lower combined price.

Which one to choose

For a cool all-foam bed with deep contouring, start with the CoolNest Memory Foam. If you want more bounce, choose the CoolNest Hybrid; the Twilight Hybrid is the other coil option with a similar medium-firm feel.
